Cancellazioni inviate per errore da il 03.09.21

Sembra che abbia inviato il 3 settembre alcune cancellazioni su prenotazioni che invece sono ancora attive. Vi chiediamo cortesemente di verificare sull’extranet di le cancellazioni del 3 settembre ed eventualmente di contattare il servizio clienti di

Ecco di seguito il testo della mail ricevuta da alcune strutture:

Dear Partner,

We have been made aware that on Friday, 3 September 2021, between 16:00 and 18:00 CEST you may have received a cancellation email for some of your reservations. This email was sent in error due to a technical issue. Your reservations have not been cancelled and you can disregard that prior email.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we are happy to inform you that the technical issue has been solved. The current status of your reservations can be double-checked in the extranet or Pulse, which we can confirm displays the correct information.
